Haryana TGT PGT Document Verification Schedule - New Selected Trained & Post Graduate Teachers 2026

(Last Updated: 15.01.2026). Directorate of Secondary Education, Haryana released a notice regarding character/document verification of New Selected PGTs & TGTs against Advt. No. 18-37/2024, 25-51/2023, 4/2015, 4/2016. Before this, the Department issued a notice regarding Document Verification of newly selected candidates for the post of PGT against Haryana Public Service Commission Advt. No. 18-37/2024, 25-51/2023, and Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) Advt. No. 4/2015 & 5/2015.

All newly selected candidates are directed by the Department of Secondary Education, Panchkula to send their filled Employee Profile Format after document verification pertaining to their qualification, teaching experience, HTET/STET, age, caste/categories, and Universities as per the schedule given below and available at the official website of DSE, Haryana i.e. www.schooleducationharyana.gov.in.

(Last Updated: 07.01.2024). Haryana Staff Selection Commission released the Final Result for the post of PGT Sanskrit. The Final Result for the post of PGT Home Science (Rest of Haryana) was declared on 03.03.2017. The Roll No. wise schedule of Scrutiny of Documents was released on 23.02.17 for the post of PGT Economics held from 3rd April to 5th April 2017. Scrutiny of documents for absentee for the post of PGT Economics was held on 15.04.17. The screening result and Document verification schedule can be checked here.

HSSC has already declared the Final Result of PGT PGT Economics ( MWT), PGT Home Science ( MWT), PGT Psychology ( MWT), PGT Sanskrit ( MWT), PGT Sociology ( MWT), PGT Computer Science ( MWT) exam held on 23.05.2016 to 25.05.2016 for Mewat cadre against advt. no. 4/2015 category no. 18, 20, 24. The screening result was declared on 22.09.2016 and Interview for these posts was held on 06.10.2016. HSSC conducted PGT Screening Test for these posts from 23.05.16 to 25.05.16. Earlier, the Court had given a stay order on the written exam to be conducted by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) on 30.04.2017 for the post of 816 Art & Crafts Teacher/Drawing Teacher under Cat. No. 22 against Advt. No. 6/2006.

HSSC had conducted a written examination for 816 posts of Arts & Crafts Teacher against Advt. No. 6/2006 (cat. no. 22) on 29.11.2015 but Honorable Punjab & Haryana High Court in CWP No. 26551 of 2015 had passed orders dated 29.03.2017 and directed HSSC to proceed for re-examination by issuing question paper in both the languages Hindi and English.

HSSC Advt. 06/2006 PTI Recruitment 2022 Exam Result: HSSC Detailed & Revised Final Result of 23 August 2020 PTI exam for a fresh selection of 1983 PTI posts, category. no. 23 against Advt. No. 06/2006 has been declared on 15.12.2022 & 13.12.2022 respectively. Only those applicants who had submitted an application in response to the advertisement including those who were selected for the post of PTI, Cat No. 23 against Advertisement No. 6/2006, dated 20.07.2006 were invited to appear in the written test for these posts through the official website of HSSC i.e. www.hssc.gov.in or www.recruitment-portal.in.

The Supreme Court of India upheld High Court, Chandigarh verdict and quashed the appointment of 1983 PTI.
