(Last Updated: 28.03.2023). Haryana Public Service Commission invited online applications for direct recruitment of 4476 Posts of (Post Graduate Teacher) PGT H.E.S.‐II (Group‐B Services) under Advt. No. 31/2022 & 32/2022 through the website of HPSC i.e. www.hpsc.gov.in.

Eligible candidates can apply online for these posts latest from 27.11.2022 to 25.12.2022 (extended up to 01.01.2023) thereafter website link will be disabled. The printed copy of the online form with the necessary certification will be brought at the time of the interview/ verification.

Age Limit: 18-42 years

Pay Scale: In the Pay Matrix Level-8 (Rs. 47600/- to 151100/-)

• General (Male) Haryana: 1000/-
• General  & Reserved (Male) Other States: 1000/-
• General (Female) Haryana & Other States: 250/-
• SC & BC of Haryana State (Male): 250/-
• SC & BC of Haryana State (Female): 250/-

Common Eligibility to all Posts

• Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects.
• Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET)/School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) of respective subject for the post applied, conducted by Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani.
• Consistent good academic record.

Educational Qualification

• M.A. in the concerned subject with 50% marks and B.Ed. from a recognized university.

How to Apply

Eligible candidates may apply online for the above-said posts through the official website i.e. www.hpsc.gov.in  from 27.11.2022 instead of 21.11.2022 to 01.01.2023.

Steps for Online Registration/Online Application -

Step-1 (SignUp)

• Please use this step to give general information about you to register the profile
• For profile registration, you need to have a valid Mobile Number and Email Address.
• After entering the required information in Online form, submit the form by clicking on SUBMIT button.
• An Email and SMS containing the application number and login ID information are forwarded at your registered email id and mobile number.

Note: Please note down the application number carefully as you need to essentially mention it in all your future correspondence/queries related to your application form.

Step-2 (Fill Registration Form and upload Documents)

• Fill all the required fields in the registration form.
• Upload Passport size Photograph:- ( ONLY JPG/JPEG/PNG, Max 200 KB, Dimension: Min 100x100 pixel; Max: 150x150 pixel ).
• Upload Signature:- ( ONLY JPG/JPEG/PNG, Max 50 KB, Dimension: Min 50x50 pixel; Max: 150x150 pixel ).
• After you click on Preview & Submit button, you will be redirected to Preview Application page.
• After you click on Proceed to Payment button and after you have filled all required fields, you will be redirected to the Payment page.

Note: IMPORTANT: The candidates should note that after submitting online application form, no changes are allowed in any field at a later stage.

Step-3 (Payment)

• Click On Proceed to Payment button to complete your payment (if applicable).
• If the payment of the fee is made through online (e-payment) and due to some difficulties the candidate is not sure whether the payment is processed or not, then please use login tab to enter in your login account and use Check your previous transaction status option to check whether your payment is successful or not.
• Download and Retain a copy of Online Application Form for future reference.
