HSSC PGT Hindi Result Scrutiny & Interview Schedule 2023 Cut-off Marks Advt. No. 4/2015

(Last Updated: 13.06.2023). HSSC released the Remaining Waiting (Court Case) Final Result of PGT Hindi after Interview & Scrutiny of Documents against SBC post of Advt no. 4/2015 & category no. 7. PGT Hindi Interview was held from 19.04.2019. Scrutiny of Documents for SBC candidates was held on 08.04.2019. Document verification was earlier held from 6 April 2017 to 10th April 2017. After that Scrutiny result was declared of shortlisted candidates for the Interview of PGT Hindi to be held on 06.09.2018. Final result will be declared on the basis of screening marks and interview marks.

School Education Department (DSE), Haryana on 20.11.2015 issued Show-cause Notice to 56 New Selected PGTs (other than Mewat).

DSE Haryana on 06.10.2015 withdrawn Appointment Orders and cancelled Candidature of 161 New Selected PGTs (other than Mewat) in various subjects. Before this candidature of 155 new selected PGTs has also been canceled on 08.09.2015. These candidates were selected for the post of PGT advertised by HSTSB but they did not join and verify their documents.

They were given a number of chances to join and verify their documents. But they did not respond to Show Cause Notices have been sent to them by the Department. So, School Education Department, Chandigarh withdrawn their Appointment Orders and cancelled their candidature for the post of Post Graduate Teacher (PGT).

• Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subject. 
• Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET)/School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) of respective subject for the post applied, conducted by Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani/One Time exemption of HTET (See Note-1). 
• Essential qualification (EQ) is given with each post. 

Age : 18‐42 years, relaxation as given in special instructions.

CRITERIA ADOPTED FOR SELECTION

The criteria adopted by the Board for making selection is given below:-

1) Marks obtained in Academic out of.....................................67-Marks
2) Marks obtained in the Viva-Voice out of.............................33-Marks
                                                                                       Total : 100 Marks

The un-selected candidates in the above mentioned result, who wish to know the marks secured by them, may apply on plain paper to the undersigned within one month from the date of publication of this result. Such candidates will have to deposit a fee of Rs. 100/- only in the Haryana Government Treasury in the Major Head : 0070 - other administrative services, Sub Major Head : 60 - Other Services, Minor Head : 800 - Other Receipts, Sub Head : 86 - Fee Under the Right to Information Act, 2005. A self addressed and duly stamped envelope should be accompanied with the request. The marks will be intimated to such candidates within one month thereafter.

The above result will be subject to the outcome of CWP No. 346 of 2013 and other connected matters which are pending for adjudication in Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High Court . The result of the candidates who were provisionally interviewed in pursuance to the interim orders passed in relevant CWPs and notice dated 15.11.2013 of the Board, has been kept in sealed cover till the disposal of the concerned Civil Writ Petitions as their eligibility will be decided as per the decision / orders of the Hon'ble High Court. In case, the Hon'ble High Court holds their eligibility for the post of Primary Teacher then the above result will be amended/modified accordingly as per their merit. Resultantly, candidates lower in merit in above result will be ousted and the candidates whose result has been kept in sealed cover and fall in selection zone will be included in selection list accordingly. The detailed result of the eligible candidates except court cases will be unloaded on HSTSB website separately later.

While every case has been taken in preparing the result, possibility of inadvertent errors cannot be ruled out . The Board reserves the right to rectify the same later on.
