UGC's New Criteria and Conditions of Eligibilty for Qualifying NET Exam June, 2014

The UGC has silently changed the Conditions of Eligibility and Qualifying Criteria for appearing in NET June, 2014 for OBC candidates. So, now more candidates are eligible for appearing in UGC-NET Exam June, 2014 and they will also get more chance to qualify NET June, 2014 due to the relaxation given by UGC  in Qualifying Criteria. Now candidates, who belong to OBC (non-creamy layer) are eligible for appearing in NET Exam with 50 % Marks in Post Graduation ( earlier were 55%). They have more chances to clear NET as Minimum marks to be obtained in Paper-III are decreased to 40% (earlier were 45%). So there are more chances for those who could not be able to obtain 45% Marks in Paper-III. Here are the changes made by UGC for forthcoming NET Exam June, 2014 :
